GEAUX TIGERS ZIP-UP

My new favorite jacket is finally up for grabs. I may not be a Tigers fan, but purple & gold will always look so good together. This jacket is the product of my brand new free motion embroidery needle attachment for my sewing machine.
 
The purple jacket base comes from an estate sale from my hometown, originally from the brand Express Men and the tiger on the back is from a thrifted t-shirt.
 
My favorite part about this jacket is the 4-ball on the side under the arm, which symbolizes the 4 national championships won by LSU football. And hidden on the other side of the jacket underneath the other arm is a cowboy boot screenprinted by hand with a hand-exposed screen in one of my SCAD Fibers classes.
 
The other fabrics used to make the "GEAUX TIGERS" and the random abstract stars are all recycled cotton & sweater scraps from my stash.
